In our latest release, STEL Order 3.20.1, we’ve introduced the ultimate tool for efficiently managing Bundled Products, a feature that allows you to create and manage products made up of multiple components.

This powerful new functionality opens up a world of possibilities. It simplifies the creation of quotes and any type of sales document, while also optimizing inventory management, helping you run your business more efficiently.

And of course, you can use this feature from both the desktop version of STEL Order and the mobile app, available for Android and iOS. This gives you the flexibility to manage your bundled products from anywhere, on any device, and always stay in sync with your team.

Bundled Products

We’ve developed a strategic new feature called Bundled Products, designed to help you manage products made up of multiple components. This tool allows you to create bundled items by combining selected elements from your inventory, making it easier to handle commercial documents like quotes and invoices, and improving your inventory control.

With Bundled Products, you can automatically include predefined components within a single product, saving time and avoiding the need to manually add items one by one. It’s a much more efficient way to manage your sales and inventory processes.

Available on All Devices

As always, this functionality is available on both the desktop version of STEL Order and our mobile apps for Android and iOS. This means you can manage your bundled products from anywhere, keeping your inventory and stock updated in real time, right from your phone, tablet, or computer. You’ll always have a clear, up-to-date view of your product availability.

Flexible Pricing Options

Bundled Products gives you maximum flexibility when setting prices, allowing you to tailor them to different scenarios, customers, and business needs. You can choose to:

• Set a fixed price for your bundled product.
• Base the price on the sum of its components, using either the sales price or the purchase price of each item.
• Apply discounts or promotions, either on the entire bundle or on individual components.
• Define prices by applying a margin over cost or sale price.

This flexibility helps you adapt pricing strategies for different markets, clients, or product types.

Customize Bundled Products Per Sale

We know that not every sale is the same, clients and contexts vary. That’s why Bundled Products allows you to customize each sale, giving you the freedom to adjust the quantity, type, or price of the components included in any given bundle.

And if you prefer to keep your bundles consistent, STEL Order also gives you the option to lock the components, ensuring they remain unchanged during the sales process.

Control What Your Customers See

We also offer you the flexibility to decide exactly what your customers will see on their quotes or invoices. In other words, you can choose whether the bundled product should appear fully detailed or shown in a more simplified format. The available display options are:

• Show the bundled product with its components and the price of each component.
• Show the bundled product with its components and their prices, only if the total price of the components matches the price of the bundled product.
• Show the bundled product without components or individual prices.
• Show the bundled product with its components, but hide the prices of the individual components.

Inventory and Profitability

You’ll also have detailed control over your stock and can ensure consistent product availability. Bundled Products is fully integrated with your inventory system, automatically deducting both the bundled item and its individual components from stock whenever you generate a delivery note or invoice.

This real-time inventory control allows you to generate advanced reports and perform in-depth analysis with greater accuracy.

Additionally, the system calculates the profitability of each bundled product by taking into account the purchase costs of its components. This gives you a much more accurate and realistic view of product margins and overall business performance.

Beyond Bundled Products, version 3.20.1 of STEL Order includes several other fixes, improvements, and new features.

Extended Line Editing

One of the most practical additions in this version is Extended Line Editing, a new display option designed to simplify your daily operations.

With this feature, you can view all the key details and attributes of any product or service directly from any commercial document, like a quote, delivery note, or invoice, without needing to leave the document and go back to your catalog. Just expand the line to see all related product info at a glance.

New iOS App & Bank Reconciliation Tool

We’re also happy to announce that we’ve released a faster, more intuitive, and redesigned version of our iOS app, created to enhance your experience wherever you go.

And that’s not all, we’ve just launched a powerful new Bank Reconciliation feature:
Your Banks in STEL Order helps you link your bank transactions directly to your commercial documents, making your accounting processes simpler and faster.
