Your Banks in STEL Order

We’ve developed a strategic new feature called “Your Banks in STEL Order”, designed to bring your business finances even closer to your day-to-day operations.

This feature allows you to securely connect your bank accounts to STEL Order, automatically syncing your bank transactions so you can quickly reconcile your incoming and outgoing payments.

Manually matching each bank transaction with its corresponding invoice can be exhausting. That’s why STEL Order centralizes everything in one platform, giving you better access to your business documents and automating repetitive tasks to make bank reconciliation much more efficient.

We support connections with over 250 banks, so you can easily find and sync your usual bank account.

STEL Order automatically detects transactions that match your existing invoices and pairs them for you—so all you need to do is confirm with a single click.

It helps you catch errors early, spot suspicious activity to take action in time, and ensures that every bank movement has a corresponding record in your management and invoicing. This way, you won’t miss any deductible expenses that weren’t yet recorded in STEL Order.

This gives you full control over your income and expenses, saves you valuable time, and offers deeper financial insights so you can make better decisions for the future of your business.

Mexico:

Carta Porte 3.0: We’ve updated the Carta Porte complement to version 3.0 to comply with current regulations.
Gross Vehicle Weight: The gross weight of the vehicle, in tons, is now recorded according to NOM-SCT012-2017 for goods transportation.
Transport Party Name: A new field to specify the name of the transport figure involved in moving goods.

Chile:

Named Receipts: Receipts issued to a generic customer (final consumer, undefined recipient) can now be issued to a defined recipient, just like invoices.

We’ve recently released a completely redesigned iOS app—faster, more intuitive, and with an improved user interface to enhance your daily experience.

Our development team is hard at work on the upcoming Bundled Products feature. This powerful tool will let you create new products in your catalog that consist of multiple components, and configure how they behave.
