Version 3.18.9: Improvements in Projects and API

At STEL Order, we’re always working to improve our platform and deliver the best possible experience. In this latest release, version 3.18.9, we’ve made several updates and enhancements to the Projects and API modules to make your life easier. Let’s take a look at what’s new!

Changes in the Projects Module

• “Affects Profitability” is now “Analyze”: We’ve simplified the terminology by changing “Affects Profitability” to “Analyze,” making it clearer and easier to understand this functionality.
• Full control over “Analyze” in Quotes: You now have the flexibility to enable or disable the “Analyze” option in quotes as needed.
• Simplified Document Linking to Projects: When linking a document to a project, you no longer need to manually activate the “Analyze” option—it’s done automatically, saving time and streamlining the process.
• Improved Filter Positioning in Reports: We’ve adjusted the placement of filters within project reports to make them easier to use and improve navigation.
• New “No Reports” Permission: You can now assign a permission that allows users to access a project’s details without seeing its reports, giving you more control over information access.
• Optimized Profitability Report Export: In the income and expense profitability report, unit price and line subtotal are now displayed when there are multiple products in a document, instead of showing the average, offering a more detailed financial overview.
• Improved Project Loading in Predictive Views: We’ve optimized how projects are loaded in predictive views. The “View Project” button now only appears for users with project access, simplifying the interface and reducing confusion.
• Bug Fixes and Optimizations: Key fixes include linking documents to projects when using automated tasks with purchasing module documents. We’ve also improved project permission syncing with mobile apps.

Changes in the API Module

In version 3.18.9, we’ve also introduced new endpoints for events in the API module. These endpoints support POST, PUT, and DELETE operations, making it easier to integrate and manage events in your workflow.
