At STEL Order we are constantly improving, even the heat of August does not slow us down. From the morning of August 24, 2023 you have available version 3.18.7 in which we present a new feature: “Online document signature”, where your customers can sign documents online.

Online document signature
From the configuration > advanced configuration section, you have available a new option “Online signature of commercial documents”. In this section you can leave by default the online signature of documents for all sales documents and SAT documents.
When you send a document to your customer, a new tab appears in your document viewer: “Online signature”. If you previously left it set to “default”, it will be checked.
This means that when you send the document to your clients, they can open it from their mobile or PC and sign the document. And that’s not all! You have a signature acknowledgement similar to the email reading acknowledgement.
You can also sign the documents from STEL Order web from the document tab or document list.
Multiple improvements
- New filter in product listing to see featured products in Shop (Filter > Shop Status > Featured). Show all the products that you have as featured in Shop.
- Do not allow to modify the calendar of an event if the current user is not the owner of the calendar. When you invite a user to an event in your personal calendar, this user can only view what you previously gave him/her permission to view, but he/she can never modify the calendar. This option is only for personal calendars.
- Allow to select suppliers when creating a contact person, from the contact persons tabs in your customer module. You have a new option that allows you to decide if that contact person belongs to a customer or a supplier. In addition, from a contact person’s card you can go directly to a customer’s or supplier’s card.
- New type of unit of measure ‘kit’ for electronic invoicing in Mexico.
