We’re pleased to announce that as of the morning of Wednesday, July 19, 2023, STEL Order version 3.18.6 is now available. This release includes a range of updates and improvements for the web platform, Android, iOS, and TicketBAI.

One of the most frequently requested features has been help with avoiding duplicate records for clients and products. We’ve taken that feedback to heart and are introducing what we call Duplicate Prevention Alerts, a new tool designed to help you maintain clean and reliable data.

We’ve also rolled out multiple enhancements to the Android app, available now in the Beta version. And for users who work with TicketBAI electronic invoicing, here’s some exciting news: you can now issue your TicketBAI-compliant invoices directly from your mobile device with just one click.

Over two years ago, we began rebuilding the STEL Order iOS app from the ground up. To make it a reality, we brought on some of the top iOS developers in the country to help us take the app to the next level. Duplicate Prevention Alerts

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the user experience and ensuring data accuracy, we’re excited to introduce Duplicate Prevention Alerts in STEL Order.

This new functionality helps you avoid creating duplicate records in key areas of your business, including products, assets, customers, suppliers, and purchase documents. These checks are comprehensive and ignore differences in accents, capitalization, special characters, or spacing.

Here’s how these alerts help you keep your information clean and error-free:

Avoid duplicates in your records:

Products: When creating or editing a product, you’ll receive an alert if there’s an existing product in your STEL Order account with the same Manual Reference, Name, or Barcode. This prevents confusion and ensures each product is uniquely registered.

Assets: When managing assets, both the Identifier and Serial Number fields are checked for duplicates. This is especially helpful for avoiding errors in asset tracking and control.

Clients and Leads: Legal Name and Tax ID (CIF) are key identifiers for clients and leads. You’ll now receive alerts if you attempt to create entries with duplicate legal names or tax IDs, helping you maintain a clean and reliable customer database.

Suppliers: Accurate supplier data is just as critical. You’ll be notified if you try to create a supplier with a duplicate legal name or tax ID—making supplier management more efficient.

Purchase Documents: When entering or editing purchase documents—like supplier invoice references—you’ll be alerted if duplicates exist. This keeps your records organized and helps you avoid errors in document management.

Major Android Beta Improvements

New Toolbar & Refreshed Design: We’ve redesigned the toolbar for a smoother, faster experience. You’ll now have quicker access to your most-used functions, saving time and clicks. The new quick-action buttons make signing and creating documents easier and more intuitive than ever.
Tutorial & What’s New: The updated onboarding tutorial welcomes you when you register in the app, guiding you through the platform’s core features so you can make the most of STEL Order from the start. Plus, the new “What’s New” section keeps you up to date with the latest changes after each update.
Additional Enhancements: A visual step-by-step guide now helps new users create invoices, add products, and send them via email. The new “Discover STEL Order” widget on the home screen also gives you quick access to key tools and features.
New Contact Screen: The latest version includes an updated contact screen, making it even easier to reach our support team.

Create TicketBAI Electronic Invoices from Your Mobile

Simplify your invoicing process with TicketBAI. You can now issue, correct, and void TicketBAI electronic invoices right from your mobile device.

Issue TicketBAI Invoices: From the Android beta version, you can easily generate TicketBAI-compliant invoices in just a few taps—ensuring compliance and streamlining your accounting.
Fix Errors in TicketBAI Invoices: Need to make corrections or updates? You can now modify existing TicketBAI invoices directly from the Android beta.
Void TicketBAI Invoices: You can now void invoices from your mobile, keeping accurate records from anywhere, at any time.
QR Code Visibility: Each TicketBAI invoice includes a unique visible QR code, giving quick access to detailed invoice information—making verification easy when needed.
