Version 3.18.4: Smart Invoice Importer and Friend Club 2.0

Smart Invoice Importer

One of the standout features in this update is the Smart Invoice Importer. With this new tool, you can now create supplier invoices or other types of documents quickly and easily.
Imagine forgetting about the tedious process of manually entering every invoice detail, now you don’t have to imagine it, you can do it with STEL Order.

One of the key features of this update is the Smart Invoice Importer, which allows you to upload electronic invoice files that follow the billing standards of Spain, the Basque Country, Mexico, and Chile. Once the file is uploaded, STEL Order automatically reads its contents and shows you a window where you can view the products already in your catalog.

If any of the items aren’t yet in your catalog, STEL Order gives you the option to either automatically save them or manually select which ones to add. You can assign them as products, services, investment expenses, or categorize them however you need. The importer also detects the supplier and lets you save that information for future use.

After reviewing and saving the products, you can import the invoice with just one click. STEL Order will take you straight to your work window, where you can complete any remaining details and save the invoice.

You can import electronic invoices from suppliers by simply selecting a compatible file. With one click, the system automatically imports the file content. You can then review and assign products or services to existing items in your STEL Order catalog or create new ones. Suppliers are also identified and linked to the imported invoices.

Import Estimates

This new feature also allows you to import work estimates directly from Excel files. Just copy and paste the cells containing the estimate data into the Smart Importer. The system automatically detects the structure of the cells and offers options to assign the corresponding products or services. This enables fast and efficient importing of large volumes of information.

Import Products

This tool not only optimizes document creation, it also lets you import products and services in bulk. This is especially helpful for businesses that want to quickly add new items to their catalog. Additionally, the Smart Importer detects any changes in product pricing and offers the option to automatically update purchase prices.

This new feature gives users a powerful and efficient tool to streamline document imports and simplify administrative tasks. It reflects STEL Order’s core mission: to save time on admin work so businesses can focus on what truly matters, growing their business.

Friend Club 2.0

STEL Order version 3.18.4 also brings exciting updates to the Friend Club, designed to thank you for recommending the software. These improvements mark the launch of Friend Club 2.0.
