That\u2019s why we\u2019ve strengthened account security by introducing MFA<\/strong>, a feature designed to safeguard access and manage the devices connected to your STEL Order account.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe MFA<\/strong> functionality (Multi-Factor Authentication) allows you to secure access and monitor the devices linked to your STEL Order account.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThanks to 2FA<\/strong> (Two-Factor Authentication), when you sign in for the first time on any device, you’ll be prompted to enter a unique verification code<\/strong> sent to the user\u2019s or Super Admin\u2019s email. Once signed, it becomes visible on the document. You can view the signature and all related details under the Signature<\/strong> tab in STEL Order.<\/p>\n\n\n\nSupplier references in product cards and documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
In each product\u2019s Pricing<\/strong> tab, you can now include a special purchase price and your supplier\u2019s reference number. This reference will automatically appear in any purchase documents you generate for that supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAttach ownership certificates for bank transfer payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We all make mistakes. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve added a spell checker<\/strong> to help you improve your writing when sending documents via email. Errors are underlined in red, and you can press Ctrl + right-click<\/strong> to see correction suggestions.<\/p>\n\n\n\nUser type filter in recycle bin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
You can now recover deleted STEL Order<\/strong> or STEL Tempo<\/strong> users from the Recycle Bin. The system now displays and filters the user type<\/strong>, so you can easily distinguish between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCustomize email templates by document type<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Create and assign different email templates<\/strong> for each document type. Then, when sending a document by email, you can choose the most suitable template.<\/p>\n\n\n\nUse this feature to remind clients of specific terms, communicate in multiple languages, or change the tone depending on the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just like templates, you can also create custom signatures<\/strong> or use a default one for all communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAdd more details to your job requests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019ve improved the Job Request<\/strong> interface to give you faster, more efficient access to your information. The interface is now split into two sections: \u2018General\u2019<\/strong> and \u2018More Information\u2019<\/strong>. This way, when you open a job request, you immediately see the most relevant details, such as: Client, Execution Date, Phone Number<\/strong> (this field has been updated to allow two phone numbers if needed), and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn the \u2018More Information\u2019<\/strong> tab, you\u2019ll find additional data. Here, you can indicate whether you want to send an email notification to the client when the job request is created or closed. You can also link related assets or projects<\/strong>, or specify if this work should be billed to a different client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nOn mobile, you can plan your job requests just as easily, and reorder the priority for each technician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can also take advantage of these new features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- The \u2018Assets\u2019<\/strong> field is now more functional, showing assets registered at the selected address first, followed by those registered at other addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the \u2018Type\u2019<\/strong> field, you\u2019ll see previously created job request types, such as \u201cMaintenance\u201d or \u201cVisit.\u201d If you need a new type, you can create it directly from this view. If you prefer, you can also manage them from Basic Settings > Data Lists > Job Request Types<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The \u2018Estimated Duration\u2019<\/strong> field is used to communicate the expected duration of the job request among team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The \u2018Resolution\u2019<\/strong> field allows you to record how the job was resolved once completed. This helps share important details with your team and keep all information in one place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
