This release includes a range of updates and improvements for the web platform, Android, iOS, and TicketBAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most frequently requested features has been help with avoiding duplicate records for clients and products. We\u2019ve taken that feedback to heart and are introducing what we call <strong>Duplicate Prevention Alerts<\/strong>, a new tool designed to help you maintain clean and reliable data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve also rolled out multiple enhancements to the <strong>Android app<\/strong>, available now in the Beta version. And for users who work with <strong>TicketBAI electronic invoicing<\/strong>, here\u2019s some exciting news: you can now issue your TicketBAI-compliant invoices directly from your mobile device with just one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over two years ago, we began rebuilding the <strong>STEL Order iOS app<\/strong> from the ground up. To make it a reality, we brought on some of the top iOS developers in the country to help us take the app to the next level. These checks are comprehensive and ignore differences in accents, capitalization, special characters, or spacing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how these alerts help you keep your information clean and error-free:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avoid duplicates in your records:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Products:<\/strong> When creating or editing a product, you\u2019ll receive an alert if there\u2019s an existing product in your STEL Order account with the same Manual Reference, Name, or Barcode. This prevents confusion and ensures each product is uniquely registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assets:<\/strong> When managing assets, both the Identifier and Serial Number fields are checked for duplicates. This is especially helpful for avoiding errors in asset tracking and control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clients and Leads:<\/strong> Legal Name and Tax ID (CIF) are key identifiers for clients and leads. You\u2019ll now receive alerts if you attempt to create entries with duplicate legal names or tax IDs, helping you maintain a clean and reliable customer database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suppliers:<\/strong> Accurate supplier data is just as critical. You\u2019ll be notified if you try to create a supplier with a duplicate legal name or tax ID\u2014making supplier management more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purchase Documents:<\/strong> When entering or editing purchase documents\u2014like supplier invoice references\u2014you\u2019ll be alerted if duplicates exist.
