With this version, you can now set up your employees\u2019 work calendars by defining holidays and restrictions in just a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>Features &gt; STEL Tempo &gt; Settings &gt; Tempo Calendars<\/strong>, you can create as many calendars as you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A calendar is defined by a name and the set of holidays it includes. By clicking on any day in the calendar, you can add a holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s important to note that a calendar can be used across multiple years. There\u2019s no need to create a &#8220;General 2023&#8221; calendar and then a separate &#8220;General 2024&#8221; calendar next year. One \u201cGeneral\u201d calendar is enough \u2014 simply set the holidays and restrictions for each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once calendars are defined, all that remains is to assign them to your users. You can assign calendars individually from each user\u2019s profile or in bulk via the Users list, by selecting users and clicking <strong>More &gt; Bulk Update &gt; Tempo Calendars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the calendars are assigned, when employees request time off, the system will prevent them from doing so on public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s more, we\u2019ve taken this functionality further: when defining a calendar, you can also specify days when holiday requests are restricted. This way, the software itself will inform employees they\u2019re not allowed to request time off during specific periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> It is the employer\u2019s legal obligation to agree upon the establishment of such restrictions with employees or their legal representatives, as part of the official work calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"improvements-and-small-features-to-support-your-day-to-day\"><\/span>Improvements and small features to support your day-to-day<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As always, we\u2019ve included a variety of improvements, small features, and bug fixes. Noteworthy updates include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Totals in listings.<\/strong> Now, when you navigate, search, or filter your invoice or document lists, the system will automatically display the total amount of all listed items at the bottom. If you wish to hide this total for certain users, you can do so via their role settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New date filters.<\/strong> To help with your daily work, we\u2019ve added new \u201cToday\u201d and \u201cYesterday\u201d date filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Report optimisations.<\/strong> We\u2019ve applied multiple optimisations to your STEL Order reports so you get the data you need at lightning speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multiple improvements to the Android app.<\/strong> You can now update the status of job requests directly from the list \u2014 no need to open, edit, and save.
