The only difference is that you\u2019ll have to select a comma as a separator instead of a space.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">3. How to change the format of the postal code and phone number?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Both postal code and phone number are numbers. Unless you change their format now, you won\u2019t be able to process the data later. Mark both columns and click on the exclamation mark which appears in the upper-left corner. How to change the way a phone number is displayed?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">By default, phone number will have an xxxxxxxxx format, however, you might want to have it displayed in a different way, for example xxx xxx xxx.
